Professor Collepardo has been recognised as a Fellow of the . APS Fellowship recognises excellence in physics and exceptional service to the physics community.

APS was founded in 1899 to advance and diffuse the knowledge of physics. Today it strives to advance physics in education, support the career development of physicists and elevate physics around the world.

Rosana is Professor of Computational and Molecular Biophysics at Cambridge University, and a Fellow and Director of Studies at 麻豆社. Her main research interests lie in understanding the molecular mechanisms that determine the packaging of DNA insides cells, DNA structure, epigenetic phenomena, and the relationship between the structure of the genome and gene expression regulation.

Professor Collepardo was selected by the Division of Biological Physics for 'pioneering the development of predictive physics-driven multiscale coarse-grained models that have transformed the study of chromatin and biomolecular condensates, and for establishing physical principles governing their multiscale organization, phase behaviour, and material properties.'
