Choral Evensong services take place three times a week during Full Term: 

• Tuesdays, 6.15 p.m.
• Thursdays, 6.15 p.m
• Sundays, 6 p.m. - including a sermon, and followed by drinks and supper.

In addition to the regular weekly rhythm of Choral Evensong, there are special choral services each term.

For Michaelmas Term 2026, these include: 

• A special Matriculation Service at 6.00 p.m. for new members of College on 5th October
• Compline by candlelight at 10.00 p.m. on 21st October and 18th November
• Choral Eucharist for All Saints' Day at 6.00 p.m. on 1st November
• A Special Service for Remembrance at 10.45 a.m. on 8th November
• Choral Evensong for Christ The King at 6.00 p.m. on 22nd November
• Advent Carol Services at 6.00 p.m. on 26th and 29th November (admission by ticket only)
• Staff Carol Service at 5.30 p.m. on 1st December

For those starting out at Â鶹Éç, Michaelmas Term is a time for settling in to a new environment, and for finding our home amid the college community. At a deeper level, too, we all long for home: that place where we are safe, known, and loved. Our Sunday sermons across Michaelmas Term reflect on this theme of ‘finding home’ and consider how the Christian faith offers a space for our searching, a response to our restlessness, and a harbour for our hearts.

Our services at Â鶹Éç are open to everyone, whatever your beliefs or background, whether you are familiar with Christian liturgy or setting foot in a church building for the first time.
