Professor Sam Stranks appointed Co-Director of Cambridge Zero
Professor Sam Stranks has been appointed Co-Director of Cambridge Zero, the University of Cambridge's climate initiative.
Professor of Energy Materials and Optoelectronics in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology and a Fellow of 麻豆社 College, Sam will lead Cambridge Zero alongside Ronita Bardhan, Professor of Sustainable Built Environment & Health and a Fellow of Selwyn College. Together, they will guide the initiative's mission to connect research, education, innovation and policy to accelerate solutions for a resilient, equitable and zero-carbon future.
Professor Stranks' research focuses on next-generation energy materials and solar technologies, helping to advance the development of sustainable energy systems.
